These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website refreshregen.world and the products and services offered by Refreshregen, including ergonomic home office guides, printable toolkits, and virtual workspace audit sessions. By accessing the site or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services and Products

Refreshregen provides educational digital content and consulting-style services related to ergonomic home office configuration. Our current product lineup includes the Complete Ergonomic Setup Guide ($29.99), Desk and Chair Alignment Toolkit ($49.99), and Personal Workspace Audit Session ($89.00). Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change; the price displayed at checkout applies to your order.

2. Educational Nature

All content is for general informational and educational purposes regarding workspace comfort and organization. Our guides do not constitute professional occupational health, physical therapy, or legal advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether recommendations suit your health needs and physical conditions. Consult qualified professionals for personalized advice when appropriate.

3. Account and Orders

When placing an order or booking a session, you agree to provide accurate contact and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials we issue for downloads. Orders are subject to acceptance; we may refuse or cancel orders in cases of error, suspected fraud, or policy violation, with a refund where payment was collected.

4. Digital Delivery

Digital guides and toolkits are delivered via download link or email after payment confirmation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for personal or internal business use. Redistribution, resale, public posting, or creation of derivative works for commercial distribution without written permission is prohibited.

5. Virtual Audit Sessions

Audit sessions are conducted by video conference at a scheduled time. You agree to provide a stable connection, adequate lighting, and accurate information about your workspace. Rescheduling requires at least twenty-four hours notice. Missed appointments without notice may not be eligible for refund. Session recordings, if any, are used only for delivering your summary unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment and Taxes

Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax may be added based on your billing location. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers; their terms apply to payment handling. You authorize charges for selected products and any disclosed fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, layouts, and product materials are owned by Refreshregen or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 4, no rights are granted by implication. The brand name Refreshregen and domain refreshregen.world may not be used without permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or services, including by attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping content at scale, harassing staff, submitting false information, or using our materials to mislead others about authorship or affiliation with Refreshregen.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REFRESHREGEN AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SESSION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Refreshregen from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of products, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be in courts located in Bexar County, Texas, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid services may be communicated directly where feasible.
