This Return Policy explains how Refreshregen handles refunds, cancellations, and satisfaction concerns for digital ergonomic home office products and services purchased through refreshregen.world.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the following products and services:
- Complete Ergonomic Setup Guide — digital PDF and companion resources ($29.99).
- Desk and Chair Alignment Toolkit — printable templates and measurement cards ($49.99).
- Personal Workspace Audit Session — live 45-minute virtual workspace review ($89.00).
Because our guides and toolkits are delivered digitally, traditional physical return shipping does not apply. Instead, we evaluate refund requests based on access, download status, and the nature of the issue reported.
2. Digital Guides and Toolkits
You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if:
- You have not successfully downloaded or accessed the files, or
- You experienced a technical defect that prevented access and our support team could not resolve it within five (5) business days, or
- The product materially differed from its description on gear-picks.html at the time of purchase.
Refund requests submitted after substantial use of the materials, including printing templates or completing checklists, may be declined or partially refunded at our discretion. To request a refund, contact help@refreshregen.world with your order email, purchase date, and reason for the request.
3. Workspace Audit Sessions
For the Personal Workspace Audit Session:
- Cancellations with at least twenty-four (24) hours notice before the scheduled start time receive a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled session, at your choice.
- Cancellations with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice may receive a fifty percent (50%) credit toward a future session.
- No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refund.
- If Refreshregen cancels your session, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional charge.
- If you are dissatisfied with the session delivery, contact us within seven (7) days describing the specific concern. We may offer a partial follow-up session or refund where service standards were not met.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Your full name and email used at purchase
- Product name and price paid
- Date of purchase or scheduled session
- Detailed explanation of your request
We acknowledge requests within two (2) business days and aim to resolve them within ten (10) business days.
5. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically appear within five to ten business days after approval. If the original method is unavailable, we may offer store credit for future Refreshregen products of equal value.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend access to digital materials and future bookings while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve issues directly.
7. Exceptions
We do not provide refunds when:
- The request is based solely on disagreement with general ergonomic opinions that were clearly presented as educational guidance.
- You purchased during a promotional period where terms stated "all sales final," and that condition was disclosed at checkout.
- Fraud or abuse of this policy is suspected, including repeated download-then-refund patterns.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where local law provides additional remedies, those rights prevail over conflicting terms here.
